handful of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 apple finely grated
1/4 cup rolled oats, soaked
1 T desiccated coconut
30 grams pecans, soaked
1 T chia seeds
blend pecans and chia seeds with a bit of water. cook oats, apples and raspberries, stirring frequently. mix all ingredients in the bowl and serve.
